Colour Coating

Our UK Plant offer the following coatings:

Polyester - In a wide range of colours and textures, in addition we produce a range of eco friendly water based       coatings.

Plastisol - In a wide range of colours with a leather grain emboss.

PVF2 - In a wide range of colours and textures.

Printing with Texture

Orion recently introduced printing technology  to our UK coating line and can offer a wide range of printed colour coatings for both indoor and outdoor applications. We are currently producing a range of "wood grain" finishes and are actively introducing further finishes to our range.

Laminating Capabilities

Orion operate a dedicated laminating line for Aluminium, Steel and composite substrates. 

Mill Direct - Box Profile Sheet

Orion operate several box profile production lines producing our OIR 32/1000 (Mill Direct Profile) directly off our colour coating line. In addition we produce a range of flashings.
